Every week I teach Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) — an ancient self-healing practice that calms your nervous system, restores your energy and brings your body and mind back into balance.
This is not exercise. It is a sacred practice of gentle movement and breath that moves “Qi” (Life Force) through your body’s meridians — distinct from Tai Chi and far more accessible than you might think.
