How I Prepare Before a Psychic Reading
Every morning, I go into the forest, rain, snow, or wind. It’s my ritual, my way to connect before I start the day.
I practise Qigong there, gentle movements that balance my energy and quiet my mind. It’s an extraordinary experience, the forest feels alive, and I can’t live without that connection anymore.
Working with these natural energies grounds me deeply. As a clairvoyant, staying centred is essential. Many times during readings, my guides tell me, “Tell them to go outside.”
It’s surprising how many people spend most of their time indoors. The forest heals that disconnection.
Over the years, I’ve also discovered something I used to keep secret: the energy of trees. They hold a vibration that communicates — subtle but real. I’m not a scientist or a master of Qigong, just a lifelong learner, yet I’ve felt this for years.
Now, I’m delighted to see that science is beginning to confirm what so many of us have sensed, that nature truly interacts with us.
So before each psychic reading, I go to the forest, I breathe, I move, and I listen.
That’s how I prepare, grounded in the earth, open to the sky, balanced between the two.
